Day 1: Casablanca Airport – El Jadida – Essaouira
Upon your arrival at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport, you will be greeted by your private multilingual driver in the arrival hall. From there, we will proceed to El Jadida, where you can enjoy lunch and explore some of the city’s notable sights. El Jadida, also known as Mazagan, was built by the Portuguese in the 16th century and has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2004. Afterward, we will continue our journey to Essaouira and check into your chosen accommodation (Riad/Hotel/Dar) to unwind and enjoy a relaxing evening.
Day 2: Essaouira – Relaxing Day Tour
Today is dedicated to relaxation. After breakfast, you have the entire day to explore the old Medina, walk along the ramparts, and relax on the beach. Indulge in the delicious seafood at the local market, partake in optional water activities, and experience a camel or horse ride during the magical sunset of Essaouira.
Day 3: Essaouira – Marrakech
After breakfast, we will depart for Marrakech. Along the way, you will witness the impressive Argan trees, where goats often climb. These trees are significant as they produce the precious Argan oil, which is widely used in cosmetics. You will have the opportunity to witness the traditional process of extracting the oil. Upon arrival in Marrakech, check in to your chosen accommodation (Hotel/Riad/Dar) and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Djemaa-el-Fna, the heart of the Medina and a major attraction in Marrakech.
Day 4: Marrakech Guided Tour
Start your day with breakfast, and then meet your tour guide at your accommodation (Riad/Hotel/Dar) to embark on a guided tour of Marrakech. As one of the most important imperial cities in Morocco, Marrakech boasts an old fortified city (Medina) and the modern city of Gueliz, built during the French occupation. Explore the bustling Medina, the largest traditional market (souk) in Morocco, and witness the lively spectacle of Djemaa El Fna square, which transforms into a vibrant food stall area at night. Visit notable attractions such as the Koutoubia Mosque, the tombs of influential figures, Jardin Majorelle, Jardin Menara, and Palais De La Bahia. Discover the narrow streets of the “Seven Saints” neighborhood, which originated from a festival founded by Sultan Moulay Ismail during his reign.
Day 5: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Skoura
After breakfast, we will embark on a journey from Marrakech to Ouarzazate, crossing the majestic High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi N Tichka pass. Enjoy multiple stops along the way to admire the stunning landscapes, mountain views, and Berber villages. Visit the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and explore the Kasbah. After lunch, continue to Ouarzazate, where you can visit Atlas Films’ Studios and the Taourirt Kasbah. Finally, we will proceed to Skoura Oasis, where you can relax and spend the night.
Day 6: Skoura – Rose’s Valley – Dades Valley – Todra Gorge
After breakfast, we will drive from Skoura to Todra Gorge, passing through the captivating Rose’s Valley and Dades Valley. Enjoy stops along the way to explore these breathtaking natural landscapes, including picturesque river valleys and Berber villages. Marvel
at the stunning views and capture memorable photos as we make our way to Todra Gorge. In the evening, savor an organic dinner and enjoy a relaxing night in the middle of nature.
Day 7: Todra Gorge – Tinjdad – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga
After breakfast, take a short hike to the bottom of Todra Gorge, where you can discover scenic river valleys and Berber villages. Continue the journey by visiting Ksar El Khorbat and Musee Lalla Mimouna in Tinejdad. Proceed to the towns of Erfoud and Rissani before reaching the majestic Sahara Desert dunes in Merzouga. Embark on a 1.5-hour camel ride in the evening, trekking to the desert oasis, where you will witness a captivating sunset. Spend the night in a desert camp, enjoying dinner, traditional Berber music, and the awe-inspiring starry sky.
Day 8: Merzouga – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes
Wake up early to witness the mesmerizing sunrise over the Sahara sand dunes. After breakfast in the desert camp, start your journey toward Fes. Pass through Erfoud, known for its locally sourced fossils used in furniture and artifacts. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes as we drive through the Ziz Valley via Errachidia. Stop for lunch in Midelt, situated in the Middle Atlas Mountains, known for its apple orchards. Continue the journey, passing through Azrou, where you can visit the Monkey Forest, and Ifrane, often referred to as the “Little Switzerland” of Morocco. In the evening, arrive in Fes and relax at your chosen accommodation (Riad/Hotel/Dar).
Day 9: Fes Guided Tour
After breakfast, meet your guide at your Riad/Hotel/Dar and embark on a guided tour of the magnificent Medina of Fes. Explore the narrow streets filled with vibrant market stalls, spices, and traditional crafts. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant within the Medina and visit the leather tanneries to witness the traditional process of producing Morocco leather goods. Pass by the University of Al-Karaouine, one of the oldest universities in the world. In the evening, take a short hike to the Marinid Tombs, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunset views and a panoramic vista of the Fes Medina.
Day 10: Fes – Meknes – Volubilis – Chefchaouen
After breakfast, depart for Meknes, another imperial city of Morocco. Explore the Medina and visit the impressive Bab al-Mansour. Afterward, venture to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, dating back 2,000 years, and gain insights into life during the Roman Empire. Finally, continue to the famous blue city of Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif Mountains. Check into your chosen accommodation (Riad/Hotel/Dar) and enjoy a relaxing evening in this picturesque town.
Day 11: Chefchaouen – Relaxing Day
Today is dedicated to relaxation in Chefchaouen. After breakfast, explore the magical Medina, renowned for its unique blue architecture. Enjoy lunch at the square of Outa El Hammam and visit the Kasbah. In the evening, take a short hike to the Spanish Mosque to witness a beautiful sunset and panoramic views of Chefchaouen.
Day 12: Chefchaouen – Rabat – Casablanca
After breakfast, depart for Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Enjoy the scenic landscapes along the route. In Rabat, visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, which houses the tombs of King Mohammed V, King Hassan II, and Prince
Abdallah. Explore the Kasbah des Oudaias and Le Tour Hassan. Afterward, we will drive to Casablanca and visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world known for its stunning craftsmanship. Check into your hotel and enjoy your final evening in Morocco.
Day 13: Casablanca – Airport
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Casablanca Airport for your departure.
