Day 1: Fes to Merzouga

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will pick you up from the nearest access parking to your hotel/riad in Fes. Our journey will begin at 7 am as we head towards the Sahara Desert. Along the way, we will pass through Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland” due to its resemblance to a Swiss mountain village. We will continue through the beautiful cedar forest of Azrou, where you can spot the playful resident monkeys. Crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains, you will witness stunning landscapes, including forests, springs, jagged rocks, and traditional Berber villages. We will have a lunch break in Midelt, a town renowned for its fascinating rocks and fossils. After lunch, our journey continues towards Merzouga, where the majestic Sahara sand dunes await. In the evening, you will embark on a camel ride for a one-hour trek to the oasis, where you can enjoy the breathtaking Sahara sunset. You will spend the night in a luxury desert camp, having dinner in the desert, listening to traditional Berber music around the campfire, and gazing at the starlit sky.

Day 2: Merzouga to Todra Gorge

Wake up early to witness the magical sunrise over the Sahara sand dunes. After breakfast at your luxury Sahara Desert camp, we will depart for Todra Gorge. On our way, we will make a stop in Erfoud to visit the Museum of Fossils and Minerals. We will also visit Tinjdad and have lunch there. Continuing our desert journey, we will pass through Berber villages and towns, and you will have the opportunity to admire the traditional underground irrigation system known as Elkhatarat. We will then head to Todra Gorge, where you can relax and enjoy the evening.

Day 3: Todra Gorge to Skoura

After breakfast, we will drive along the road of a thousand Kasbahs, passing through the stunning Dades Gorge and enjoying the breathtaking views of the river valley. We will then proceed to Kalaat M’gouna, known as the capital city of roses, where you can explore the beautiful Roses Valley. From there, we will continue our journey to Skoura, where you will spend the night.

Day 4: Skoura to Marrakech via Ouarzazate and Ait Ben Haddou

After breakfast, we will explore the area and sites surrounding Skoura town. We will then visit the city of Ouarzazate, where we will explore the impressive Taourirt Kasbah and Cinema Studio Atlas. Continuing our journey, we will visit the famous Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site that has served as a backdrop for numerous films. We will have lunch at Ait Ben Haddou before heading to Marrakech, passing through the scenic Tizi N Tichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains. Finally, we will arrive in Marrakech, where our tour will conclude.
